New York - Joon ho-Bong Retrospective & Advance Screening & Director Q&A

From February 25-March 1, BAM in NYC will feature a retrospective on Korean director Joon ho-Bong. All four of Bong's movies will screen, including yet-to-be-released MOTHER, as well as a showcase of his short films. The schedule is as follows:

February 25 at 7:30pm - MEMORIES OF MURDER
February 26 at 7:00pm - MOTHER
February 27 at 6:30pm and 9:30pm - THE HOST
February 28 at 6:50pm and 9:15pm - BARKING DOGS NEVER BITE
March 1 at 7:00pm - Collection of Short Films

Following the screening of MOTHER and the 6:30pm screening of THE HOST, director Joon ho-Bong will hold a Q&A session.

Los Angeles - Joon-ho Bong Retrospective - Advance Screening & Director Q&A

On December 11 and 12, The Los Angeles County Museum of Art will host a retrospective of critically acclaimed Korean director Joon-ho Bong. All four of Bong's movies will play, including the yet-to-be-released MOTHER. The schedule is:

Following the screening of MOTHER, director Joon-ho Bong will participate in a Q&A session.

Los Angeles - PUSAN WEST SHOWCASE

Chapman University in Orange County, CA will be hosting the first ever Pusan West Showcase - a film festival featuring Korean films that will run from November 20-22. Many marquee films from the Korean New Wave and past Korean cinema will be there including:

November 20 at 6:00pm - Opening night ceremony, featuring a screening of THIRST with an introduction by director Chan-wook Park.
